Jay Rappaport

Jay Rappaport is a Columbia College University Senator. He previously worked with the University Senate as a member, and was elected in April 2016 alongside Josh Schenk. He is a COÖP leader, a pioneer of Columbia Bike Share, and overall just an extremely friendly guy.
