Variable room size/price

I'm removing this stuff, because while it sounds interesting, both Hartley and Wallach were complete gut renovated in 1980-1981. Nick Butler's ideal dorm layout has little relevancy to Reagan-era construction. Maybe they kept the pricing scheme, but until I see otherwise, this gets nipped. Absentminded 14:36, 5 April 2013 (EDT)
