Wealthiest neighborhood in all Manhattan. Lots of investment bankers live here, but so do diplomats, socialites (who are mainly the wives of investment bankers and diplomats), and foreigners too scared to live in any other part of New York City.

There's fancy shopping on Madison, and lots of museums on Fifth, including the Guggenheim and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
