Delta Gamma is a sorority. It more commonly goes by its nickname DG.
Delta Gamma Service & Philanthropy
Delta Gamma’s philanthropic work is focused on Service for Sight. Service for Sight promotes sight preservation and provides aid to people who suffer from visual impairments.
The Delta Gamma Foundation has given over $3.15 million in Service for Sight grants to organizations and schools that share this mission. DG at Columbia donates funds, glasses, and audio books to programs that offer aid to people who suffer from visual impairments. It also hosts events each semester that raise money and awareness for Service for Sight.

In addition to supporting Service for Sight, Delta Gammas also support various other philanthropic organizations on campus and make an effort to “Do Good” every day, as this is DG’s motto.
