Under1Roof
Under1Roof is the sensitivity training first years undergo during NSOP.
It was created in response to the 2007 bias incidents, along with OMA. How seriously your NSOP group takes it is usually random. The facilitators always treat it super, super seriously, and have been known to say ahem negative things about certain campus organizations that host semi-controversial events (e.g. CUMB's Orgo Night). It can be interesting to see the disparities between your and your group's income and class level, but the entire event is usually less than entertaining.
