&lt;div&gt;The Convent (formerly St.Hilda&amp;#039;s House Convent) is a Columbia Housing owned building on 113th street between Broadway and Riverside Drive. In 2013 the space was designated to 5 special interest communities: The Student Wellness Project, Manhattan House, Creative Commons, Pre-Health, and ADI. The residence hall boasts an equal number of singles and doubles, housing a total of 78 students. The space is was renovated in 2013 and features wood floors, as well as a large basement lounge and kitchen space. In addition, the cellar also houses a bicycle storage room, laundry room, and computer lab.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
