The '''CCSC elections of 2008''' were held on April 21st and 22nd. [[Columbia College]] students were allowed to vote for one [[CCSC]] executive board party and two [[University Senate|University Senator]] candidates, as well as one or more candidates for several other positions.

[[Sue Yang]]'s Action Potential Party ran unopposed for the executive board.

=== University Senate ===
Both open positions for CC Senator were unopposed, with Alex Frouman (CC'11) and Tim Lam (CC'11) winning their spots uncontested.

=== Class Council elections ===
The only two class council elections to be contested were the 2010 and 2012 races. In the 2010 race, challenger [[Cliff Massey]] and his [[Clear Party]] defeated incumbent [[AJ Pascua]] and his Party Party with 65% of the vote. However, one of Massey's representatives, Ruqayyah Abdul-Karim, was not elected, as the representatives are elected independently. Instead, Maximo Cubilette of the [[Party Party]] was elected to fill the third representative position.

In the 2012 race, Akito Terasaki and his Access Columbia Party won a clean sweep with 71% of the vote for president and vice-presdient, along with his representatives Kenny Durell, Jasmine Senior, and Brandon Christophe winning election, as well.
