Seniors with the very best lottery numbers can get their own studio apartment in Watt.
 In addition to the 17 dormitories, Housing also oversees the Columbia-owned [[Brownstones]] on 114th and 113th street ("[[Frat Row]]") which are occupied by [[Fraternities]], [[Sororities]], and [[Special Interest Communities]]. The only Frat Row brownstone not owned by Columbia is the [[Beta Theta Pi]] house.
