Cristen Kromm is the Dean of Undergraduate Student Life. Previously, she was the matriarch of Residential Life.

Her tap for deanship generated controversy, as student leaders lamented the fact that their recommendations for an external candidate during the hiring process were ultimately ignored. (The same events had happened a year prior, leading to [[Todd Smith-Bergollo]] getting the role.) They signed a letter which was published by Bwog and Spec, but really, they shouldn't complain--they got a free Faculty House meal out of it.
