== Biography ==

Madigan is originally from Ireland, staying in suit with Bollinger's penchant for naming people with [[Austin Quigley|charming]] [[G. Michael Purdy|accents]] to important posts. He received his degrees from Trinity College, Dublin, and has worked for a variety of companies and universities, including AT&T Labs, CBT Systems, and [[Rutgers University]].
