Hypsm: Please differentiate between diplomas and degrees. Having a Latin degree and a Latin diploma are 2 different things. An M.D. does not become a "latin degree" because the diploma issued goes from English (as it is now) to a Latin one.

Hypsm: There is no such thing as a latin degree -- all degrees are in English, but the language of the DIPLOMAS are Latin.
