The '''Ombuds Office''' is a conflict-resolution department within the university that operates independently of any office or organization. Members of the Ombuds Office (known as ombudsmen/women) work with their clients in a confidential and impartial way to resolve conflicts and provide advice into decisions.

The purpose of the office is to provide a place where students, faculty, and staff alike can come to hear their complaints and concerns heard in a fair and unbaised way. The office also exists to help its clients navigate the bureaucracy of the university.
