*This article is a testament to what two people can accomplish in a matter of hours with the aid of Google, the NYTimes archives, and a little ADHD. I, for one, had never heard of this piece of property, or maybe overlooked mentions of it while reading archival material in search of other nuggets. After spotting [[user:Pacman|Pacman]] inserting a reference to it in the [[Baker Field]] article, I was able to google it, read up on it, and whip up an article in a matter of minutes. I even discovered a whole 'nother topic for exploration in the process (the War Hospital). And I even got one point horribly wrong (confusing the historic oval with the current Williamsbridge Oval), yet managed to get that corrected too in only a short time. Pacman himself has been through here as well, while further adding to the Baker Field article. Go us. [[User:Absentminded|Absentminded]] 23:53, 23 July 2010 (EDT)
