The article calls that color Columbia blue, and cites the graphic as the source for it being the official Columbia blue. Circular, see?  :Found it! "A History of Columbia University: 1754-1904", published by CU Press for the 150th anniversary has it on page 93. And yes, I have a 100-year-old history of the school on my bookshelf. -moph
