Tess Majors (BC '23) was an 18 year old Barnard freshman who was killed in a fatal stabbing on the evening of December 11, 2019 in Morningside Park. The suspects were several teenaged boys, who were attempting to rob Tess, and stabbed Tess several times in the chest when they resisted. The suspects then fled, while Tess staggered up the stairs and collapsed at the corner of Morningside Drive and 116th Street, in front of an empty guard booth. Tess was later found and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where they were pronounced dead at 7:23 pm. Tess was from Waynesboro, Virginia. They played bass in their band Patient 0.

	Tess Majors (BC '23) was an 18 year old Barnard freshman who was killed in a fatal stabbing on the evening of December 11, 2019 in Morningside Park. The suspects were several teenaged boys, who were attempting to rob Tess, and stabbed Tess several times in the chest when they resisted.
