Hooda's Halal Cart, commonly just known as "Hooda's", is a halal cart on 115th and Broadway in front of Morton Williams and Schapiro Hall. It is a fairly popular food truck, staying open from around 6-7 am in the morning to 3-4 am at night. It serves standard halal cart fare, although it is rumored that if you befriend the proprietors they give you extra fries.
