Michael Mukasey CC '63 was the last Attorney General of the United States under George W. Bush.
While at Columbia, he was the op-ed page editor for the Spectator and friends with current Second Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Jose Cabranes.
Mukasey was succeeded by another Columbia alum, Eric Holder.
