Mohammad Hemeida (CC '25) was elected Chair of the Student Governing Board in April of 2024, succeeding Ayan Kent.
He served on the Undergraduate Recruitment Committee, the Columbia College Dean's Student Advisory Group, the executive board of the Arab Students Association, and as an Executive Editor for the Columbia Undergraduate Law Review. He graduated in May 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science.
