Alleged sorority website plagiarism

In preparation for recruitment season, AXO redesigned their website late in the summer of 2006. Apparently impressed with the site's amateurish design, rival sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta updated their own website the following week with a suspiciously similar design, including an identical content layout and menu area. Despite protests from AXO, Theta members refused to change the design.

Some people have claimed that no plagiarism actually took place. They claim the websites are similar because they are both based on the same Apple templates.
