The Applied Physics and Applied Mathematics Department is one of the constituent departments of SEAS. Despite being one of the smaller departments in SEAS, it offers the greatest number of undergraduate majors: Applied Physics, Applied Mathematics, and the special program in Materials Science. The department is located on the 2nd floor of Mudd, which it shares with Mechanical Engineering.
