Bacchanal is Columbia's annual spring festival, and is planned by Bacchanal Events, a student group under ABC. Bacchanal is known for its week-long series of events, which change drastically each year depending on the theme. Each Bacchanal theme is a portmanteau of Bacchanal and some other word. Past themes include 'Bacchanaliens,' 'Woodstocchanal,' and 'Chewbacchanal.'

Past performers include Talib Kweli, Vampire Weekend, Ghostface Killah, Wiz Khalifa, Of Montreal, Mickey Avalon, and Bob Saget.

Undoubtedly the biggest event for Bacchanal is the annual Concert on the Steps.
