The '''Barnard Columbia Undergraduate Public Health Society''' ('''BCUPHS''') is a student organization for those interested in the field of public health, both as an academic pursuit as well as its community service aspect.  The groups name is a bit misleading, however, as the group is only officially recognized at Barnard (by [[Student Government Association|SGA]]), but is open to Columbia students.  Nobody apparently told them that the acronym is pronounced "b-cups", and obviously many Barnard jokes have followed the groups recent founding.
