Brander Matthews Hall was a building on 117th St. that was built in 1940. It housed an opera workshop, an 280 seat theater, and a bust of Brander Matthews in the entrance. It was razed in 1958 to make way for Jerome Greene Hall. The bust now sits in Dean Austin Quigley's office.
