Cafe Pertutti is a not-so-good Italian restaurant on Broadway between 112th St and 113th St, just south of Milano Market.
Resist the temptation to even give this place a chance. The wait staff are rude and never seem to remember your order. The pasta dishes are small and overcooked. And there are even reports of flies buzzing around the garbage "Italian" fare.
