Chipotle Mexican Grill is a Mexican restaurant on Broadway at 110th St. It's pronounced chee-POHT-leh.

Chipotle's location was formerly a hookah bar called Casbah Rouge, usually filled with sketchy locals. Prior to Casbah Rouge, the space was occupied by Caffe Taci, an Italian restaurant which featured live opera singing on some nights.

Chipotle disgracefully raised their prices in March/April 2008.[1]
