Columbia Cottage
Columbia Cottage is a Chinese restaurant on Amsterdam Avenue on the corner of 111th St.
The food is hit-or-miss, but the place is nevertheless popular for its free wine. And as many know, it has the fastest delivery service ever. The NYPD likes to get takeout from here, perhaps because the owners bribe them with free food to help overlook underage drinking.
However, the place also ranks high on the health code violations according to the Department of Health website.
In early 2014, Bwog reported that the restaurant was shutting down.[1]
