Delta Sigma Phi

Delta Sigma Phi, known simply as Delta Sig, is one of the few fraternities on campus without a house on 114th Street (Frat Row) or 113th Street. Most activities and parties occur in an East Campus Town House. The Columbia chapter of Delta Sig is the Beta Chapter. Although the chapter was inactive for most of the 20th century, it was reestablished at Columbia in 2001. Delta Sig is not associated with any particular sport and does not have any strong reputations or connotations as of yet. Their membership is fairly large however, especially considering that they currently do not have a house.
