Kate Berthold (stage name Kate McKinnon) CC '06 was a major presence on campus, starring in three Varsity Shows, in Prangstgrüp videos, and in her one-woman "Samantha Show" senior thesis project. She was also a Blue and White Campus Character.
Now she is a cast member on Saturday Night Live. Before that, she was a star of "The Big Gay Sketch Show" on Logo.
In 2013, she received the Varsity Show's I.A.L. Diamond Award.
