Matthew Wahl served as VP of Student Life on the 2021-2022 council and as VP of Policy during the 2022-2023 Council.
He is most recognized amongst his council members for making the Student Life committee what it is, with the ideation and execution of the SEAS Gala Cruise, which has now become a tradition for engineering undergraduates to look forward to at Columbia.
He also established the NYC Explore program which is the ESC's version of the Broadway Lottery, where students are raffled for events ranging from musicals to sightseeing around New York.
