McGill University is a prestigious public university located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. While Quebec and Montreal are French-speaking jurisdictions, classes at McGill are mostly taught in English, a legacy of a time when the university educated the province's English-speaking elite (it's still known as the Harvard of Canada).
