Mona was a bar on Amsterdam Avenue at 108th St. Girls apparently used to dance on the bar at SoHa, but the same crowd now heads to Mona, which has now been open for 3 years. Mona offers a downtown vibe, with a large bar and a more relaxed upper tier. The bar closed in 2007 and was replaced a year later by Village Pourhouse.
