The Nash Building is a counter-part to the Studebaker Building. Like its sibling building, it too is located within the footprint of the Manhattanville campus (it is one of a handful of buildings located on the east side of Broadway that are considered part of the new campus); it also used to be a factory; and it also will be preserved as part of the new campus.

The Nash Building is slated to house part of the new Institute for Data Science.
