It housed multiple leaders in campus film, theatre, music, and humor groups: Tobin Mitnick, Mike Molina, Adam Nover, Paul Rodgers, Jeff Schwartz, and Robert Stenson. The OK Hotel featured in The Blue and White as a "Power Suite."
The OK Hotel was known for having very strict, yet absurd rules as well as themed parties, such as "CSU: Columbia State University," a mirror of a state school frat party: beer pong, flip cup, wizard staffing, etc. The OK Hotel was also known for its many facilities: a movie house, a room of terror, and a Scrabble den.
