The purpose of Omega Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated is to Serve and Educate people of diverse backgrounds through sisterhood, leadership, and guidance. As positive role models, we promote unity of all cultures, focus on the empowerment of our gender and raise the standards of excellence in our academic, social, and personal endeavors. OPBSI envisions a world without oppression, where empowered women celebrate the essence of womanhood and act as resources in the advancement of their communities.

A distinguishing feature of the sorority is that while it is Latina-oriented, it is not Latina-based, further emphasizing its dedication to diversity.

Service & Philanthropy

Omega Phi Beta Inc.’s national philanthropy is Raising Awareness of Violence Against Women.

Omega Phi Beta works to overcome the injustices and oppression of women in society. It celebrates the success of the women of our past, recognizes the accomplishments of women today, and aims to uplift future generations. OPBSI envisions a world without oppression, where empowered women celebrate the essence of womanhood and act as resources in the advancement of their communities.
