PACSA is the President's Advisory Committee on Sexual Assault. It is Prezbos's secretive advisory body on dealing with sexual assault at Columbia. Its membership is secretive, but it includes two students. Certain student leaders a currently working to make a public subcommittee version of PACSA.[1].
