Illegal?
I sort have take issue with the sharing of copyrighted works as illegal. This has yet to be proven in the courts. So far, the RIAA is merely going after college kids in what many are calling extortion (or what the RIAA calls a kind pre-settlement gesture!). Don't make me slap the neutral tag on this sucker!
