Is there a reason we're not letting him delete this page?  It seems to be a vanity page of purely extrinsic value...[[User:Nateoxford|Nateoxford]] 19:08, 11 October 2010 (EDT)

i'd like to remove this page. thanks, mike ren

what is a "fu foundation scholar"? there is no reference to it on columbia's webpage: so sayeth google

also this looks like a vanity page with no wikicu interest/wikiworthiness. lernerhall should spend his time on a linkedin.com page or other self-page rather than a wikicu ego page.

I thought we scrapped any notability policy and decided to let vanity pages flourish? There aren't that many of them. Pacman 00:08, 2 December 2009 (EST)

having no idea what a fu foundation scholar is, i'm going to delete it. lernerhall/mike ren, i invite you to back it up.98.14.228.83 13:50, 6 December 2009 (EST)

secondly, at wcu deleting content w/o some explanation is grounds for getting you blocked. what's up w/deleting the year, mike?98.14.228.83 13:50, 6 December 2009 (EST)

mike/lernerhall: why do you keep deleting content? were you not 1993? can you post a reference to what a "fu foundation scholar" is? deleting content without explaining is considered a nono around here. Umlund 18:13, 18 December 2009 (EST)

A "Fu Foundation Scholar" is a full-tuition scholarship awarded to Chinese students to study in the United States, mostly at Columbia. There doesn't seem to be any awardees in recent years. Maybe Mr. Fu's business went down? 160.39.41.239 18:49, 19 December 2009 (EST)
