Will Truman was one of the title characters on the show NBC sitcom Will & Grace. A Connecticut native, Will was gay, and a graduate of Columbia College (at some point in the 1980s) and NYU Law. According to the show, Will met his best friend, interior designer Grace Adler, in Carman Hall their freshman year and they briefly dated before he came out of the closet. Will Truman was played by actor Eric McCormack.
