Wilma Jordan

Wilma Jordan is a former Dining Services employee who worked in John Jay Dining Hall, operating the eponymous Wilma's Grill, where she became a campus icon, serving up omelettes and burgers to hungry Columbia students for 27 years.[1] She announced her abdication in May 2014.[2]
