I want to create a header like that like the big wiki does. Does anyone know how to go about doing something like that? I then want to try it out, of course, on something like a student council election. [[User:Adolph Lewisohn|Adolph Lewisohn]] 13:58, 22 March 2007 (EDT)

Looks like + signs do not work in URLs

I see some articles with + signs but the url rewrite or something gets rid of them. Check out http://forum.modrewrite.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=1981

Where is athletics?

www.gocolumbialions.com?

Alright, I'll create it. Remember, it's a wiki, so anyone can create articles. BAB 12:03, 9 March 2007 (PST)

How do you put in Google Maps insets?

  • Actually, what we really need is a rocking new high-res campus map, since google maps tells us next to nothing about where a building is located on the campus itself. Then we can take zoomed in cutouts of the big map and place them on individual pages. Absentminded 23:09, 17 March 2007 (PDT)
  • When you are editing an article, immediately above the editing box, there is a link called "make a map". Admin 23:39, 17 March 2007 (PDT)

This article documents an ongoing event...

I want to create a header like that like the big wiki does. Does anyone know how to go about doing something like that? I then want to try it out, of course, on something like a student council election. Adolph Lewisohn 13:58, 22 March 2007 (EDT)

Bloomingdale Insane Asylum

Is there a connection between the Bloomingdale of the Morningside Heights asylum and the Bloomingdale of the department store? Just curious.
