Administrators (also known as admins or sysops) are users who can:
- delete and undelete pages
- view deleted versions of pages
- block and unblock users, individual IP addresses, and ranges of IP addresses
- protect and unprotect pages
- edit the interface (not recommended!)
- in addition to all the regular editing capabilities
