Benjamin Cardozo
Benjamin Nathan Cardozo CC 1889 was a Supreme Court justice. He attended the law school for a time, but dropped out in 1891. Ironically, a law school downtown is now named after him.
From 1928 to 1932 Cardozo also served as one of the university trustees, much to the ire of University President Nicholas Murray Butler, who did not much like Jews.
