Pisticci is an Italian restaurant on La Salle St between Broadway and Claremont Avenue. It's commonly thought to be the best Italian restaurant in the neighborhood. However, Pisticci is probably the most out-of-the-way restaurant that might still be considered within Morningside Heights.
The interior is homey and romantic, yet retains a stylishly modern feel. In summer, there's a terrace on the sidewalk of 123rd St, a peaceful setting compared to the numerous terraces on Broadway and Amsterdam.
