Carroll G. Harper Prize
Awarded to the member of the graduating class who has attained the highest standards of achievement in intellectual property studies and writing.
Harper, CLS '52, was a partner at Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto (an intellectual property boutique). As an associate, he was involved in the litigation over the ENIAC patent, one of the earliest significant computer patents. 
Outside of the law, he was president of the Metropolitan Opera Club.
