Sigma Delta Tau is a sorority recognized by the Panhellenic Council. The Gamma Tau Chapter of Sigma Delta Tau was founded at Columbia University in 1992.

The chapter currently occupies a brownstone at 540 W. 114th St. The current president is Brooke Gottlieb.

Notable membership has included Christy Carlson Romano of Even Stevens and Remy Zaken of Spring Awakening.
